(Travelling North) |
Leave the A12 at Hatfield Peverel (next turning after Chelmsford).
Leave by slip road and follow round to T-junction. Turn LEFT.
Continue through Hatfield Peverel main street.
After half a mile approx turn RIGHT on B1019 in direction of MALDON.

(Travelling South) |
Leave A12 at Hatfield Peverel (next exit after Witham).
At end of slip road turn LEFT on B1019 in direction of MALDON.

Continue on B1019 for approx 4 miles until you reach a roundabout.
On this, and the next next two roundabouts, go RIGHT (second exit).
You will now be approaching the entrance (on the left) into West Station Yard (leading into West Station Business Park).
Once you have entered West Station Yard, please follow the road on the right as far as it goes which will bring you into West Station Business Park. Arlington House is at the very end of the business park.

From Witham High Street take the B1018 (Maldon Road).
Go straight over mini roundabout.
Go under the bridge and take next turn on left, signposted Wickham Bishops and Maldon.
Follow this road for approx 4 miles.
At the mini roundabout turn right.
At next roundabout go left (first exit).
On the next next two roundabouts, go right (second exit).
You will now be approaching the entrance (on the left) into West Station Yard (leading into West Station Business Park).
Once you have entered West Station Yard, please follow the road on the right as far as it goes which will bring you into West Station Business Park. Arlington House is at the very end of the business park.
